If the website supports it, the appropriate CC BY 4.0 badge or licence display may be shown alongside this statement. The official licence wording and meaning should not be altered.
What CC BY 4.0 Allows
Under the CC BY 4.0 licence, readers may, subject to the licence terms, copy and redistribute the article in any medium or format; share the published work through websites, repositories, educational platforms, and scholarly networks; adapt, remix, translate, or build upon the material; and use the material for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
These rights are subject to the conditions of the CC BY 4.0 licence and any separate rights applying to third-party material.
Attribution Requirements
When reusing material
When reusing material published by Scientara Journal, users should provide appropriate attribution.
Attribution should identify
- Author or authors
- Article title
- Scientara Journal
- Appropriate publication information
- The applicable CC BY 4.0 licence
- A link to the licence
- An indication of whether changes were made
Users should not imply that Scientara Journal or the original authors endorse a particular adaptation, product, service, or interpretation unless such endorsement has been expressly stated.
Author Sharing and Reuse
Because articles are published under CC BY 4.0, authors may share the published version of their work in personal webpages, institutional repositories, teaching resources, and other lawful settings, provided the licence conditions are followed and proper attribution is maintained.
Authors should ensure that any sharing or reuse remains consistent with third-party rights, copyright notices, and any article-specific conditions displayed by the journal.
Third-Party Material
Not all material within a published article may be owned or licensed by the journal or the article authors. Figures, photographs, maps, charts, datasets, or other material supplied by third parties may be subject to separate copyright, licence, or permission requirements.
Before reusing such material, readers should check the article's credit lines, notes, and permissions information carefully. Separate permission may be required even when the surrounding article is licensed under CC BY 4.0.
APC and Editorial Independence
If an Article Processing Charge applies to an accepted manuscript, that charge supports publication and open access availability. Payment of any applicable charge must not influence editorial screening, peer review, reviewer selection, editorial decision, acceptance, rejection, or publication priority.
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and ethical compliance.
Accessibility and Transparency
Scientara Journal aims to present articles in a clear, readable, and professionally formatted manner so that readers can access and interpret the published record with confidence. Readers should always refer to the article page for the latest available version and any linked notices.
The journal supports transparency by keeping publication updates, corrections, and other relevant notices associated with the affected article where applicable.
Policy Statement
Scientara Journal is committed to open, responsible, and ethical dissemination of scholarly work and to preserving clear reuse, attribution, and access conditions for readers and authors.
